美国时间9月2日，由美国国际设计奖项协会（IAA）主办的2021年第五届第二季「Muse Design Awards」缪斯设计奖结果出炉。由英国杰典建筑 x 北京建院JV设计的荣成自在澜湾社区及美术馆[Rongcheng Freedom Bay Community and Art Gallery]从全球102个国家或地区的近4.3w余个参赛作品中脱颖而出，受到评委一致好评，成功斩获城市设计类金奖。
MUSE Design Awards 是国际奖项协会（International Awards Associate）旗下的全球性奖项赛事之一，旨在培养和推广“设计缪斯”，推动设计发展更上一层楼。面向建筑、室内、产品、时尚等广泛领域征集设计作品，发掘和支持各行业处在上升期的设计师。参赛者需具备独特的才能，不论通过传统材料或是电子媒介，能够以其概念、想法或设计激发人们的灵感。MUSE Design Awards is one of the global award competitions under the International Awards Association, which aims to cultivate and promote "design muse" and promote the development of design to a higher level. Collect design works in a wide range of fields such as architecture, interiors, products, and fashion, and discover and support designers in the rising period of various industries. 01. 愿景
以城市公园之名，重新定义共享社区
自在澜湾项目位于山东半岛荣成市桑沟湾沿岸，紧邻樱花湖畔，西观湖东瞰海，周边黑松林环抱，天鹅常年栖息，拥有得天独厚的自然景观资源。区别于众多周边开发的封闭社区，我们希望以“智慧+探索+共享”为设计出发点，将整个片区打造成一个自然生态且开放的“城市公园社区”。
The project is located along Sanggou Bay in Rongcheng City, Shandong Peninsula, close to the shore of Sakura Lake, with a view of the lake in the west and the sea in the east, with unique natural landscape resources. Unlike many closed communities in the surrounding development, we hope to make the whole area a natural ecological and open"urban park community", "wisdom + exploration + sharing" is the starting point of our design.
02. 规划
生态优先，以人为本
与自然同呼吸共成长
我们从其独特的地理位置和自然资源中汲取灵感，遵循生态优先，以人为本的设计理念，提取花瓣、岛屿造型元素，形成“水乡”文旅居住组团，如樱花湖畔飘零的花瓣，似桑沟湾边散落的岛屿。
We draw inspiration from its unique geographical location and natural resources, follow the ecological priority and people-oriented design concept, and extract the petals and islands to form the"water town" cultural and tourism residential group.
为激活城市自然文脉与文化的衔接，规划中引入两条开放且具有活力的绿色廊道，将1.5KM长的社区界面打开，让湖与海的蓝绿生态在视觉上和城市配套功能上拉通。
In order to activate the articulation of urban nature and culture, three open and vibrant green corridors are introduced in the planning, connecting the blue and green ecology of the lake and the sea visually and in terms of urban supporting functions.
展现多层级的开放空间，实现滨水地块边缘与城市开放空间的软质过度，以及社区与自然景观的渗透融合。Showing multi-level open space, realizing the soft overlap between the edge of the waterfront and the urban open space, and the integration of community and natural landscape. 以“绿色生活，生态自然”为目标，以人为本，比邻自然与公园。结合当地人文和气候环境共同形成创新的绿色城市肌理，让生活回归自然，打造独一无二的生活新时代。With the goal of "green life, ecologyand nature", it is people-oriented and adjacent to nature and parks. Combined with the local humanities and climate, it forms an innovative green urban texture, allowing life to return to nature.03. 澜湾美术馆
以极简的形态映衬优越的自然景致
以澜湾美术馆（又名小天使号，前期作为销售展示中心功能）为主的艺术休闲界面，西观湖，东瞰海，构建全民共享的休闲文化中心。让艺术成为人们生活的一部分，激发项目活力。The art and leisure interface, mainly the Lanwan Art Museum, with a view of the lake in the west and the sea in the east, builds a leisure and cultural center shared by all. Let art become a part of people's life and inspire vitality. 整个建筑造型以极简的形态映衬优越的自然景致，营造网红打卡地标，提升项目知名度。在这拥有极致自然景观的环境当中，我们弱化建筑，以建筑衬景，化身为大自然的取景框，框住自然、城市之美。The entire building shape reflects the superior natural scenery in a minimalist form to create a landmark and enhance visibility. In this environment with the best natural landscape, we weaken the building form and use the building to set the scene, transforming it into a frame of nature, framing the beauty of nature and the city. 室外观湖小剧场，汇聚四方来客，有活动时樱花湖为幕，无活动时樱花湖为画，于动静间享受艺术与生活的美好。The outdoor amphitheater of the lake brings together visitors from all directions, and when there are activities, the cherry blossom lake becomes a stage curtain, and when there are no activities, the cherry blossom lake becomes a canvas, enjoying the beauty of art and life between movement and stillness.04. 居住
多样化的滨海度假居住体验
我们希望所创作的居住空间是能留下度假一般美好记忆的时光机，为住户多角度展现西侧樱花湖的柔情和东侧桑沟湾的壮美。We hope that the living space is a time machine that creates beautiful memories of family vacations, showing residents the softness of Sakura Lake on the west side and the magnificent view of Sanggou Bay on the east side in multiple dimensions. 社区建设有叠墅、高层以及公寓等居住产品，涵盖60至170平面积区间，立面以轻盈的白色条带彰显滨海城市风采。The community is built with residential products such as villas, apartments and service apartments, each with an area range of 60 to 160 square meters.The façade shows the coastal cityscape with light white stripes to meet the diversified vacation living experience of the residents.

05. 滨海生活
全时段浸入式度假体验
我们希望打造一个全龄化、全时段、全季节的浸入式度假体验社区，也实现“产、城、客、游”多维一体的城市更新。
We hope to create an all-age, all-time, all-season immersion resort experience community, and realize the multi-dimensional urban renewal of "industry, city, guest and tourism".

A new living and friendship platform is provided by the owner's living room;the lake entertainment interface provides a new experience of market with different themes.
澜湾幼儿园为孩子们营造一个可以拥抱大自然的学习环境；辅以室外观湖小剧场、银河乐园等配套设施。The Lanwan Kindergarten creates a learning environment for children to embrace nature; complemented by supporting facilities such as the indoor appearance of the lake mini-theater and Galaxy Paradise.

通过”业主参与式经营”理念，沟通社区邻里、创造社区归属感和凝聚力，人们可以在这里体会收获的喜悦，孩子们可以从这里认识大自然，从而助力城市达到留驻人才的目标。Through the concept of "owner-participation management", we can communicate with the community and create a sense of belonging and cohesion, where people can experience the joy of harvesting and children can get to know nature, thus helping the city achieve the goal of retaining talents.

06. 活力中心
创造适合各年龄层的乐园
项目引入“HOMMUNITY”的理念， 即Home + Community，打造集居住、商务、娱乐、休闲购物于一体的复合型生态社区。The project introduces the concept of"HOMMUNITY", i.e. Home + Community, to create a complex ecological community integrating residence, business, entertainment and leisure shopping.
我们希望“以玩儿的名义”重新定义未来社区，以丰富的配套设施，与区域周边城市资源联动，各季节设置不同的主题体验，配以周边马拉松、皮划艇等赛事活动。We hope to redefine the future community "in the name ofplay", with rich supporting facilities, different thematic experiences ineach season, and events such as marathons and kayaks in the surrounding area.让大家重拾“玩”心，激活社区活力、创造出一个适合各个年龄层的乐园。Let people regain their "play" spirit, activate the community's vitality and create a paradise for all ages.
通过生态环境修复治理实现周边天鹅栖息地和黑松林的保护和提升。以项目之力造就一个具有非凡意义的“超级城市IP”，激发项目活力，带动整个区域的可持续发展。实现从观光游城市向度假游、文体游升级。
Through ecological restoration and management, the surrounding swan habitat and black pine forest will be protected and enhanced. The project will create a "super city IP" with extraordinary significance, stimulate the vitality of the local area and drive the sustainable development of the whole region.
